]]> On Friday, November 19nd, at 9 p.m., a magical night in the marvelous panoramic room of the In Verdicchio Veritas Museum.
A night of romance, poems and good wine called “Calici di Parole – Meetings under the Stars”. A special occasion to listen to the most popular passages from Stefano Vignaroli’s latest book “Nel segno del leone” and to poems by Elvio Angeletti and Annalena Cimino. There will then follow a flute and guitar duet featuring the Scuola Musicale Pergolesi di Jesi with music of B. Campagnoli and W. De Felch.To welcome you there will be a tasting of Sartarelli wines under a sky full of stars, in an enchanted atmosphere.
The meeting will take place observing all COVID-19 regulations.
Free entrance, to participate we kindly ask you to book by writing to us at contact@sartarelli.it and please remember to take the green pass with you.

]]> Qualche giorno dopo la pigiatura un tempo si sentivano le botti croccolare. Il mosto si muoveva, fermentava. Si spandeva il profumo tutt’intorno per una settimana-dieci giorni. Il contadino-cantiniere si adoperava controllando prima, travasando poi, assaporando qualche goccio. Poi cominciava il lungo silenzio. Il silenzio della cantina, il silenzio del contadino, il silenzio del vino. La cantina come una chiesa. Non bisognava fare rumore. Rispetto di una presenza. Rispetto per una trasformazione in atto. Rispetto per quello che avveniva nel ventre della botte, come nel ventre di una madre. Prendeva forma lentamente, secondo le leggi eterne della natura, una creatura che la terra aveva fatto nascere e che in fasi successive si stava trasformando. Un silenzio che non era  assenza di vita e di movimento. Un silenzio che decantava impurità in movimenti impercettibili, che favoriva la colorazione e la trasparenza facendo acquistare al vino il suo giovane volto. Il contadino ne controllava la crescita e  lo sviluppo, lo osservava in controluce, lo guardava con trasporto e simpatia, avvertendone tendenze e scrutandone il più piccolo dei difetti; qualche volta ti accorgevi che ci parlava pure dandogli magari qualche suggerimento che la pazienza e l’attesa sapevano diluire di settimana in settimana. Intanto il vino cresceva e maturava in quell’atmosfera di silenzio e di luce soffusa, con le azioni felpate e non violente del contadino che gli faceva quotidiana visita, attento ad ogni più piccola “mossa”. C’era in quel silenzio, quasi come scrigno di vita, il segno di un’intesa tra contadino e natura che nessuna parola avrebbe ben saputo dire, inscritta però in quell’ordine delle cose che da sempre ha governato il mondo. Anche il vino, quello buono, ha bisogno del silenzio. Ieri come oggi.

At the In Verdicchio Veritas Museum a concert of classical music will take place on Thursday, August 8th at 5 p.m. together with the presentation of a book and texts and with the Sartarelli sparkling wine.
